New Year, New Look

This is Joe's new look now that he lost his first top tooth this week. It was SOOOOO loose, and he just could not pull it. Then, of all things, it fell out in the night while he was sleeping! He woke up, and it was lying there on his sheet! That's one aggressive tooth fairy!

Erin also has a new look. She has worn this "beautiful tutu" out of the dress up box for the past three days.

Ellie finally has bangs that are long enough to pull back without little clips. (Although, when Matt sees her hair like this, he calls her "Genie".) She had a nice story time with her bears yesterday.

The gap is most becoming, Joe....and the color sense ditto, Erin. What stories do bears like best, Ellie?

Hope the schedule is settling down to normal.
Love,
AB

Hi, AB,

Joe and Erin appreciate your compliments. Ellie's bears seem to gravitate toward the same stories that she enjoys, "A Princess Story" and "Angelina Ballerina", on this day.

Schedule is settling down. Had a fun two-hour trip to the zoo today, which was just perfect. Some exhibits could still be viewed, with lots of walking (running, jumping, whatever...) in between. Everyone went to bed very easily tonight!

Did the tooth fairy come?

Yep - 50 cents and a Hershey kiss (which he still hasn't eaten). There's no sweet tooth in that boy at all!

I love toothless kids! That is the best. Tell Joe the next time he eats jello, to suck it thru a straw with that perfect gap he has now! Abbi loved doing that when she went toothless! :) I love the girls and the tutu and books. Makes me wish Abbi was little again. She still loves books more than any toy. xoxo

Hi Neighbors,

We are very happy to have your family as neighbors. It is fun to watch the children grow. Treasure these years; they pass by very quickly.

Thank you for the delicious Christmas pretzels! Have a wonderful New Year!

GO BUCKS!

Hey, Marla,

So glad you stopped by, and, of course, the feeling is mutual. Good neighbors are a treasure!
