That is absolutely amazing!! I can't imagine how many trees and power lines were down!! We are having MORE snow tonight! We've never gotten so much snow in a winter!! Too bad tomorrow isn't a school day... it would probably be a snow day!!

No power for a week, and we lost four trees. It was the only winter storm I haven't enjoyed. We're getting ice instead of snow right now. I hope history doesn't repeat itself.

oh Bob! Wow, I hope history doesn't repeat itself. There were al of trees down in our neighborhood over Christmas break after all the ice we got. I like snow, NOT ice! I agree, Cheryl it would have been a day off school I bet, but... we don't any days added on to the end of the year! I would rather be out June 1st than home with it's freezin. ;) I am a wimpy Indiana girl!

Bob, are you homeschooling all 3 kids? I think it's great! Well, I guess Erin would be pre-school, but I bet Joe and Elli love it! I have so many friens who homeschool, half of Abbi's friends are homeschooled. Very awesome opportunity. We feel blessed to have a Christian school for Abbers, but there are days when I am tempted to keep her home. I see the blessings from it, for sure! Just happy I can be involved at her school and we know everyone like family, so that helps.

Love you!XOXO

I love you, Pol! How's that "do less" resolution coming? ;)

Yep, I've got all of them all day. Joe is in 2nd, Ellie is in 1st, and Erin is Pre-K (although I don't do anything really formal with her). It has been such a blessing to us! I'm sure if we were called to have our kids in a public or private school, I'd be saying the same thing about that. Each of us must obey what we've been called to, and the blessings never seem to stop!
